Notes on Transference-countertransference

We have tried lo examine how transference-countertransference are both part of the analytic process. The concept of society and mutuality are taken to account for the relation analyst-patient while the image of the analyst is a mirror is abandoned. The need to recognize countertransference as soon as possible, specially with severe patients. In order that it will not interfere with the analytic process is stated. Two patients are presented to analise the interaction between analyst and patient.
