Imaginación y regresión en la perspectiva postkleiniana

En este trabajo se trata de describir la receptividad del analista frente a las comunicaciones del paciente a la luz de los aportes postkleinianos. El autor considera que una condición para la receptividad en el analista es tolerar cierto grado de regresión y después diferenciarse de la identificación inducida por las proyecciones del paciente. Este último movimiento es posible gracias a la capacidad imaginativa. Previamente se discuten algunos aspectos teóricos acerca de la fantasía inconsciente y la imaginación, así como la regresión en la psicopatología y en encuadre.
