Abstract

We will work the diagnosis difficulties which arouse at the clinic of the Autistic Spectrum Disorder, particularly when we frame about the descriptive symptomatology of the psychic dynamics. A child who can say «I am…» has walked through a long process, a hard «psychic work» which from the libidinal aspect, touches the body in representations which will provide
thickness to the symbolic resources which will organize the language, the thinking, the psychomotor activity, the cognitive appeal, the phantasy, the creativity. We will begin with metapsychologic premises about the subjective constitution and the facts that have influence on the failure of the unfolding of the children’s sexuality that may build the psychic structure. We will transmit the hypothesis of the existence of a proto-symbolization related to the projection of the body surface which organizes the
Self Core which fails on the Kanner Autism. We ask about the existence of an impediment which alters this «primitive psychic action» and does not allow the erogenous body and Self development. We will question the «Autistic Spectrum Disorder» by exploring its different intrasubjective aspects to focus the different dynamics between the Kanner Autism and other sindromatic entities. We emphasize the importance of distinguishing those who show primary structural mechanisms as those of expulsion (projection) outside the Self, by representing a way to attain symbolic achievements. At last we will point some characteristics of the psychoanalytic setting which points out the rescue of the psychic subject in critically ill patients.
