The violence of helplessness. Pain-protection-law-desire

Abstract

Violence in psychoanalysis does not have a single defining rule neither in metapsychology nor in psychopathology, and the
social context where the subject in question lies, is outstandingly important so that the psychical functioning operates in the sense
of violence. Neither can we establish a link between adolescence and violence. It could turn out to be a further stigmatization on
adolescence, and there’s the risk that different disciplines and professions set themselves, as it has happened more than one,
within a veiled police function. Two public violent events that took place in February 2005 are put forward and another one that happened more recently is mentioned as well as an analysis situation (not published on account of discretion).
It is proposed to think that the exclusion the detachment, the lack of acknowledgment give rise to the liberation of pleasure
(joy) in destruction.
