Las tres concepciones de la contra-transferencia y el trabajo psíquico del analista.Para elucidar la práctica actual, este trabajo analiza la sucesión de tres etapas históricas (y de los tres modelos o paradigmas correspondientes) en la evolución de la actividad del analista, siguiendo como hilo conductor las definiciones y usos de la contratransferencia: freudiana, post-freudiana y contemporánea. En particular este recorrido procura dar cuenta de los impasses del modelo post-freudiano (centrado en un concepto “totalizante” de la contra-transferencia, que incluye todo el funcionamiento mental del analista) y la emergencia de un nuevo modelo contemporáneo (caracterizado por una más diferenciada y compleja visión del trabajo psíquico del analista, en la que una noción “integrada” de contra-transferencia se subordina al trabajo de representación del analista y se articula con otras nociones como la de “encuadre interno”).
