Negative transfer and narcissism

This piece of work faces negative transference emphasizing on the negative effects on the treatment which appear in certain forms of transference found in pathologies where archaic narcissism prevails. The meta-psychological foundations in the clinical experience where actings destructive to the self or to others stand out, and the tendency to establish dual links, refer to the moments of foundation of the psyche. The possibilities and limitations of the analytic treatment depend on the effects on the patient and on the analyst of those actings on the transference field.
