Es un hecho ampliamente reconocido que la psicología femenina, y en particular la sexualidad femenina, representaba algo así como un “continente oscuro” para Freud. Las contribuciones psicoanalíticas posteriores realizaron grandes avances en la ampliación de nuestro conocimiento.
