Investigating the analytical experience; a proposal.

Abstract

The authors present one way to investigate the analytic experience. They propose the auxiliary concepts of ―force line‖ and ―fantasy-theory‖. They examine the analytic material on a ―second listening‖ that is gene-rated by the proposition of investigation on a psychoanalyst‘s heterogeneous group.
The work was elaborated in 1984. This version includes an actual prologue by the psychoanalyst Marta Nieto, who tells the origins of this group that developed the formation of the Investigation Laboratory in Psychoanalysis of the Psychoanalytic Uruguayan Association.
