Abstract

The author suggests the psychoanalytic psychodrama as a reinforcement of the psychic processes. The psychodramatic game, gives shape to the intrapsychic space and its virtual components, backed up specifically by the different co-therapists, offering to externalize the psychic functions. The whole psychodramatic device’s purpose is to support the work that the patient’s preconscious cannot achieve, and which the classical therapy would risk to obstruct. It enables the phantons appearance, the updating of memories and bodily expressions which are no longer there, and at the same time restricts regression and favours symbolization.
The external objectspresence, enables the progressive acknowledgement of the internal objects, and the renewal of a game of tolerable exchange which allows the symbolization process. Bifocal and multifocal therapies are proposed for difficult cases in adolescents, in order to save the psychotherapeutic treatment.
