Does hormonization harmonize?

This work tries to account for the journey, which as an analyst I have done with a patient who during his treatment, begins a gender change. I will try to raise the problems that I have been transiting, hierarchical the need to stay on an edge or border that enables openness to complexity and the new. The problem around transgender issues has explosively erupted in recent years into social and media debate and gender changes, which were in the beginning isolated cases, begin to occur more frequently. Navigating between different disciplines, I try to approach the thinking of authors and theories with contraposed views on this subject.
