Abstract

The author proposes that the theory of the subject implicated in the notion of discursive pratice, doesn’t coincide easily with the notion of individual and psychic apparatus from the beginnings of freudian conceptualization. The points of compatibility and litigation are to be questioned. In the dialogistic matrix which comforms and reaches the human mmd, far mores than biology, sorne dashes which characterize psychoanalysis’discourse, are proposed in order to question the difference and contact area with the literary discourse. He finishes with a briefproposal about the regents of psychoanalitical’s discourse and the points which difference it from literary traduction.
