Departing from the case of a patient who has the body tattooed with jewels, the authors try to describe the «voices polyphony» (Bakhtin) that might be present within the body. Using Ray Bradbury’s The illustrated man the authors try to understand the tattoos as communications of the different voices of the patient’s sexuality and the difficulty to listen to them.
