Un 'momento presente' en un proceso psicoterapéutico: el 'juego de las manitos'; aportes de la investigación microanalítica de infantes a las teorías de la intersubjetividad.

En el campo psicoterapéutico privilegiamos un "momento presente", el juego de las manitos (54 segundos) para dar cuenta de algunos aspectos del estado mental de la niña, de la madre, de la analista, y de las fuerzas que mueven sus respectivos psiquismos. Es lícito que nos preguntemos cuáles de estas fuerzas son las que activan o se movilizan en la relación terapéutica, y las resistencias con las cuales se pueden enfrentar. Nos interesa también ver de qué manera ciertas teorías de la intersubjetividad provenientes de la investigación en infantes, pueden dar cuenta del fenómeno clínico que hemos descrito. Es a lo largo del desarrollo en estos niveles implícitos procedimentales donde se organizan fuertes esquemas emocionales de miradas, vocalizaciones, posturas corporales, "momento a momento" que se dan en fracciones de segundo y en donde vemos el modo cómo se influye en el otro y se es influenciado por el otro..
